can I get this laptop with windows 7 null

You could install Windows 7 after purchasing but the PC ships with Windows 10.

You could buy Windows 7 and load it yourself. I don't think that is the best way, but it is possible. You could also look for an older model, because buying an operating system package and replacing the existing one may cost you double the price
