Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i was having a similar problem with brand new laptop(1week). first thing i did was under settings/mouse properties/visibility check mouse trail and uncheck hide when typing. next thing i did was update the driver. I haven't had any problems since.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I noticed many times you have to either touch the screen or make sure you click hard enough in the text box to get the cursor to show. Otherwise, if that doesn't help, someone must have damaged your product
