Generally Dell has an option to transfer warranty to other locations. You can ask for a Tag transfer from US to India and the warranty should work in India. I did it a couple of years back. Check with Dell customer care for latest process. For laptop charger, you need a 2-pin to 3-pin adaptor when using in India.
