“Does it come wth Microsoft office? If not is it capable of sustaining it?”

• Office is an add on. I don't know of many computers now that come with Office. Some may offer a trial of Office 365 it for 3-6 month period, but this one doesn't. I am not expert and I don't have Office on this machine, but this computer is a full fledged computer. It should be able to handle Office Suite with no problem.
