“Is there a warranty on labor for this product? The ad for this laptop says no warranty on labor. One of your reps confirmed this. But Dell tells me that if I buy a computer from you, Dell is the one who decides warranty terms and those terms for Dell computers as sold through a legitimate retailer are 1 yr parts/1 yr labor. Do you still claim there is no warranty on labor?”

• Through Best Buy there is not labor but Dell will fix if you send in

• 1year... And you can also bring this to BestBuy for warranty work since it is made by Dell
