QuestionDoes this computer include Window 10 Operation Disk or Computer Recovery CD Disk?

- Answer No it does not. There is a recovery partition on the hard drive which will allow you to boot into recovery mode if you can't start the O.S. and do a restore from there. You can create a recovery disk (either to a DVD or a USB drive) right after finish setting it up and save it a side for later use.

QuestionJust received this laptop. Does it not come with the ac power adapter? I only got the half that plugs into the wall receptacle, but not the half that plugs into the computer?

- Answer You can transfer the ownership of the product from USA to India. It will take 15 business days to complete the process. It will cover only certain services in the warranty period(1 year for my dell laptop). Sent one to my nephew in India, got an issue with the battery. Got free service from Dell, they replaced the battery.
