“My computer randomly shuts down. We have run several scans and system reinstalls, and the problem persists. I have also been shutting it down when not in use. Wondering if there have been any other reports of this issue.”

• We are experiencing something very similar. The laptop is being used a few hours per week only, and stays plugged in, but it discharges.
