“My computer randomly shuts down. We have run several scans and system reinstalls, and the problem persists. I have also been shutting it down when not in use. Wondering if there have been any other reports of this issue.”

We are experiencing something very similar. The laptop is being used a few hours per week only, and stays plugged in, but it discharges.
