• Yes, the Inspiron models are excellent for streaming services and like others stated, speakers are great alone if you don't want to use any external speakers for added sound/volume.

• Yes it is, the speakers are super loud if you planning on watching on the laptop itself or I had no problem connecting it to my tv via hdmi
