Yes, you can load the AMD graphics drivers. I loaded the latest ones for the Radeon Vega 8. The drivers which came with it caused a blue screen every time I loaded the Unreal Engine, and the drivers from Dell did not help. Only the drivers from AMD's web site worked. Also, I had no luck getting the automatic detection to work. I had to pick the drivers I wanted.
