• The hardware is not the same. Screen is sensitive to pen strokes. I think it is useful for 2-in-1s if you're doing reading, writing and especially drawing.

• Ink can not be optimized on any pc to run better than let say a laptop with an i7 since this laptop has an i5 any i7 would perform better.
