• I prefer the smaller screen that makes it more portable. If the specs are the same except screen size, it comes down to your personal preference.

• They are both last years model and are on clearance. The original retail price with not the same.

• My understanding is that it is a solid state driver which makes it faster to boot up. It should also last longer. The screen on this one is a little smaller, but I thought it was a good trade-off.
