Can this be charged through the USB C port? null

Yes, it can be charged through the USB-C port. I bought the Dell WD15 Dock which has Power Delivery and now I have all of my home office peripherals (display, keyboard, mouse, ethernet, speakers) connected to the dock, and a single USB-C cable connects the dock with my laptop, including power. I've had this setup for about 3 weeks and it works great. It's nice to not have to plug in a separate power cord to my laptop each time I use it in my home office setup.

According to the manuals, yes. Haven't tried it though.

No it cannot be charged from USB C port. There is a dedicated power plug/socket.
