“Is this upgradeable to a full 16gb of memory?”

• I ran a crucial system scan on it. It has 2 slots with an 8gb and a 4gb stick from the factory. It says it can be upgraded to 16gb. (http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for//inspiron-13-%287368%29). I haven't done it, but I'm assuming the 4gb stick can be swapped for an 8gb.

• Yes but you have to pull out the 4GB of RAM and buy an 8GB stick

• Yes, there are two slots for memory. You will have to remove the 4 Gb memory and replace it with an 8 Gb memory card, thereby getting a total of 16 Gb
