• They snapped within year for me, and you contact DELL for parts... they will not help. I absolutely love the system and how it ran.

• The build of this Inspiron 14 inch 2-in-1 laptop is very sturdy. Also, the life period of the latches and hinges depend on the end user's usage pattern.
