I can say that I've never had any issues with the laptop shutting down or restarting by itself, no windows or app crashes, very reliable. Only thing that may hold you back is the battery life. I'm luck if i get 3 hours of light use in between charge times, so if you need it all day without charging, probably not the laptop for you, otherwise it is very reliable and fast. I did upgrade to windows 11 pro almost immediately though.
