Using a powered Docking station, you can get 2 monitors plus your screen for sure. Haven't tried additional monitors to see if it will show 4 connected screens yet.

The Thunderbolt 4 ports support DisplayPort 1.4 and it enables you to connect to an external display using a compatible display adapter. It also provides data transfer rates of up to 40 Gbps. One of the Thunderbolt 4 ports is the primary power port so you can connect up to two compatible external monitors when the laptop is charging, one compatible monitor to the Thunderbolt 4 port and the other compatible monitor to the HDMI 1.4 port.
