Yes, for some reason it is slow to do even the simplest tasks.

It is dreadfully slow. I've never been more disappointed with a laptop purchase. I'm 99% sure its due to the terrible hard drive that's included in the unit. It took four hours to install a windows update. An hour to install Office 2016. I've since purchased a Samsung 960 EVO so hopefully that will help.

yes I felt sluggish many times, even with out any task disk usage was 100% then I turned off cortana services and its came down to 10% but with out any heavy usage it went up 100% many times.
