A:AnswerI asked the question because I exchanged my first one because the Bluetooth didn't work. it doesn't work in the 2nd laptop either. over 3 days and 5 hours of calls to Dell to work on both laptops they could not fix either one and suggested I return it for a refund . then I was promised a return call from dell . 2 days and still waiting. The laptop is going back to Best Buy for a refund before the 14 day refund period is up. Laptops are not eligible for return till December 15. Two weeks only.
A:AnswerI don't know why they are saying there is no fingerprint reader. There are some customer photos which show a fingerprint reader, and I just bought this laptop today and it most definitely has a fingerprint reader which allows fingerprint login. Somebody has some misinformation.
