• It comes with both. The camera is in the top of the system and the microphone works well too!

• I did not notice a microphone but I'm sure it has one, the webcam actually is hidden along the top - you can see the outline and when you press down it pops up. If the built in options do not work for you, you can always purchase a USB webcam with a microphone.
