Disconnect then reconnect it happens to mine all the time
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem. Shut off the unit, then turn off or unplug your modem let sit for one minute. Turn on computer first then turn on your modem. Make sure your modem is working. If still not working call your cable or wi-fi provider. I had a bad modem and didn't know it. Service provider gave me a new one. All is OK
