you're limited by the graphics processor. you can split an HDMI if you want to view the same image on two other monitors, but you can't have 3 monitors extending the display unless it's supported by the onboard GPU. Most AIO's will let you connect to one extra monitor, and some have an HDMI in to use the AIO as a monitor. So in short, no. You need a dedicated system with a GPU with 3 or 4 HDMI Ports. The sytem specs are slightly important, but most will have a max of 3. if you shop for a good GPU first, you can then find the computers that will work with them.
