• yes you can upgrade the RAM to a min of 32gb based on chipset. I haven't looked at actual specs but that is a given based on the chipset and MOBO

• Any universal touch screen stylus should work with it. Being the kind that is kind of a rubber/silicone like material. As for RAM, this one can be upgraded to 16GB - 2Rx8 DDR4 SODIMM 2666MHz.
