“Can I drop in an aftermarket power supply? If so which one? I don't want to talk to Dell support. If no after market, does Dell have an upgraded power supply i can get?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've been looking at this, and the consensus is, no, not really. The Dell PSU's are very proprietary, both in form factor and in the connection to the motherboard, which is also proprietary. There is a version of this computer that has a 400-something watt PSU, instead of the 180 and 300w options. You would absolutely have to go through Dell for that particular part, and would probably be at the back of a long line of other people trying to do the same thing.
