Hello, Windows 10 Operating System comes with it. If you want office, you would need to get office 365 yearly subscription, or full product of office 2016.

Yes there is all ways a 30 trial of some antivirus program on it and few dell software programs on it. As for the Microsoft programs like word, excel, and power point no there is not a copy of that on it..
