No, this machine's power supply will not support any additional power connections. It only has a 14 pin system board power connection and a 4 pin CPU power connection. Power to peripherals is handled by two 4 pin connectors on the system board. To upgrade to a video card that uses a PCI-e power connector you will have to upgrade to a power supply that has the extra connections. I upgraded mine to a Corsair CX550m modular power supply that fits perfectly and will support anything you can throw at it. Just remember you also need to get a 24 to 14 pin system board power adapter.
