• No, the power supply is not a standard size, and a more powerful supply will not fit in the case.

• Yes it is easy to change desktop power supply. Just make sure it provides enough power to run everything at the same time. A shop could help you with this or you can just use a power supply calculator if you don't want to do all the math.
