• Yes, this laptop supports Dell Mobile Connect to manage the phone calls and mesaages from the laptop.

• It has Dell Mobile Connect App which allows you to connect your phone via Bluetooth to the laptop. I have only used the SMS ability so far. Your phone does need to be connected to it to function as your phone. As for direct lte or cellular connection, I don't know, but I think not.
