• Yes, this Inspiron 7415 2-in-1 laptop has active pen support. Dell recommends Dell Active Pen – PN350M to be used with this laptop.

• No pen is offered as far as I know. I am not sure why you'd want one with this laptop. It is so fast and responsive with the touch screen.
