“In the earlier versions this product included pen and in the top of the keyboard there were a place for pen what about now? And does it have features like when pen is near it disables other touches on the screen to make it easy to write?”

This model does not have the slot to place the pen on the system and it does not have a feature where the touch gets disabled on the surrounding when the pen touches the surface of the display.
