I hope with those 3 4k displays the dock he described also comes with a complementary pair of GTX 3080s to power all of them. J5Create and Startech have basically any kind of adapter or dock you could think of, but as far as charging, make use of that thunderbolt 4 port and use a thunderbolt dock so u can output to the displays and charge your laptop at the same time without the dell charger that came with the laptop. Just my opinion.
