“What OS comes installed on this laptop? The description says W11 but in the Q&A it says W10”

• The laptop came with Windows 10 but was set up to automatically update to windows 11. This disappointed me as I wanted a laptop designed for windows 11, not one pushed to windows 11 but designed for 10.
