“Is this model 2-in-1? I've found terminology super-confusing as Dell's website lists both the standard and 2-in-1 under the 7000 series. This laptop on Best Buy doesn't seem to state 2-in-1 but he pictures on the website seem to suggest it can be converted into a tablet. Is this particular model the 2-in-1 or non-convertible? Thanks!”

Yes, the screen folds all the way back to turn into a tablet with touch screen,

If 2-in-1 refers the the ability to fold the laptop such that you are holding just the screen and you can use it as a tablet (touchscreen), then yes. It is 2-in-1. Model i7558-4011BLK

Since its a touch screen, you can flip it, like a Lenovo Yoga, BUT you will not be able to detach it.
