“Do I need to buy anything special for this pc to connect two monitors? I read I need a VGA or DVI port to connect a second monitor and this PC does not look to have those ports. If I need to buy a add on please let me know what that is. Thanks”

You just need the cables. I have 2 monitors connected to the back of the tower, one HDMI and one DisplayPort. Of course, your monitors need those outputs as well.
