• Yes, this monitor has only one HDMI output. Should you need to connect 2 monitors, please check on a compatible HDMI splitter.

• It appears to have 4 expansion slots based on the rear picture, though lists only 1 PCI-E x1 Slot and one PCI-E x16 Slot. In any case, you should be able to add a video card (or 2). As it sits, sems like one HDMI.
