Yes, (Be SURE of the dimensions, and mounting alignments first!) but bear in mind that in these new DELL PCs, the WINDOWS KEY is stored in the BIOS, not on case stickers like they used to be. So if you replace the motherboard, Windows 10 will likely unregister itself, thinking it is a new PC... There are ways to get past this, but I'll leave that research to you, as different methods have from low to FULL Windows 10 replacement costs associated with them. Not to mention, that you'll likely invalidate your DELL warranty by replacing the motherboard with another one.
