• ALL 580 cards are 480, AMD made them with higher tolerances, but they're BASICALLY the same. If that's a flash to you then AMD "flashed" all 580 cards, no matter WHAT you bought. I understand you can flash a 480 to meet 580 speeds, but that's USERS doing it, not AMD. This is a reference OEM card, so straight from AMD to Dell.
