• Don't know about RUST but this doesn't come with a monitor and is not made for gaming. The CPU is too slow (2.6 Ghz), not enough RAM (12 MB) and doesn't have a video card, just built in graphics.

• I would not consider this a gaming PC unless you are running old titles with minimal hardware requirements: the integrated graphics on the i5 8400 CPU are sufficient for Microsoft Office and YouTube videos but most modern games will choke on it. If you add a graphics card you will probably need a new power supply unless you go with a GT1030, which is still rather weak for most games: the power supply on this Dell is only 290 watts, which is a problem for more powerful graphics cards.
