- Answer I purchased this computer from Best Buy. The one I have is indeed the same model and it came with a DVD drive installed. You can copy cd's and dvd's with or without an external dvd drive.

- Answer If there is no Windows sticker on the side of the machine, download Belarc (FREE!) and run the program. It will give you all license information for all software on your machine.

- Answer Yes... I recommend looking at the maintenance manual on the Dell site for compatibility details. NVidias come pre-installed in some of these, but I'd check with Dell support to be certain.

QuestionThere is a small button on the DVD/CD tray to open the tray. Do you just push the tray back in to close it? Seems odd and the tray is more flimsy than the tray in my last Dell.

- Answer You just side off the side cover and then take off the front bezel and the drive is accessible. Should take a Blu-ray drive without problems.
