“Does this model has a toggle switch to allow it operate on 110 and 220 volts? Will this model work in India where there is 220 volts with out involvement of adapter/converter?”

I don't think they do toggle switches any longer, it is all automatic. You will, however, need to get a power cord in your destination country that fits the electric outlets in the wall, or use an adapter.
