• It is capable of connecting via the included USB receiver which makes compatible with just about computing device and it also has bluetooth connection for up to two devices, so as long as your device has a USB port or Bluetooth connectivity your are good to go.

• Yes, I am using them with an HP laptop. Seamless setup. Only problem so far has been some jitter/lag when using scroll wheel to scroll up and down on documents and web pages. My guess is that it is more a general Windows 10 + mouse issue than an issue with HP.

• Yes, the combo is compatible with an HP laptop; both with the included dongle as well as using Bluetooth. I am currently using it simultaneously with an Elitebook (dongle) and an Envy X360 (Bluetooth) and all is working well.
