- Answer The refurbished E7240 I just received is like new and resolution is?/1080. This is the second one, the first one had loading apps problems, which Best Buy's Geeksquad confirmed. Great laptop, fast, HD, memory max 16GB, thin, and light weight. Purchased a portable DVD/CD player/reader/burner thru Amazon, which is a big plus.

- Answer According to cru_cial up to 16GB... It's a business laptop... almost guaranteed you can access RAM and add/replace... question is what the installed 8GB config is, are they (1x8GB) or (2x4GB). If 2x4GB, you will lose some of the existing RAM to add...
