- Answer The refurbished E7240 I just received is like new and resolution is?/1080. This is the second one, the first one had loading apps problems, which Best Buy's Geeksquad confirmed. Great laptop, fast, HD, memory max 16GB, thin, and light weight. Purchased a portable DVD/CD player/reader/burner thru Amazon, which is a big plus.
