Yes, absolutely. If I'm not mistaken on the page of features for this computer it mentions that it is some type of high resolution, high fidelity camera. Overall, I am so far happy with my purchase.

I guess the specifications page is wrong - It says there ISN'T a webcam.

Yes it does. Never use it so not sure on the quality.
