Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This product comes with Windows 10 Pro. And it can't be updated to Windows 11. Because Windows 11 requires an 8th generation CPU. You can backup your existing computer using backup tools and sync it to the new computer. Also, this unit doesn't have Word or any other office program. Hope it helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It came fully operational with Windows 10. But little in the way of other apps like word or zoom that you would have to add yourself. I wound up buying Microsoft office 365 that comes with one cloud. I use that to copy files from my old PC and then copying them down to the new one. You could do the same thing using a USB drive. Or, you could put the old on the new on the same network and access one from the other to move files. A camera and other devices can be added easily since there are several USB ports that can be used. As far as cleaning files on the old one I think you have to do that yourself but it's pretty simple.
