QuestionDoes Dell Optiplex 990 Desktop refurbished computer come with WIFI? I cannot get it to boot up for the first tim.It goes into a repair mode which takes over an hour then says cannot load Windows 10 and just goes into a circle of Fix, repair, nothing.
