• Yes you could. Don't listen to the other reply trying to get you to buy an Alienware. If I were you, I would buy a 1650, or 1660 super off of newegg (or bestbuy) and install that. With that, fortnite should be very playable with 30+ fps.

• No, you cannot play games on this system as the hardware on this model does not meet the requirements. However, you can look at the Dell's G-series and Alienware systems which are best for gaming.
