• Techguy; I find that the screen isn't reflective at all. It's a a Matte screen, very sharp and crisp with detail, and perfect for an office setting. The Dell - S2318HN 23" IPS LED FHD Monitor - Black is a winner in my book. It may the best screen Dell has put out in a number of years. I have many clients who love this thing. A++ for Dell. Hope that helps.

• It's more gloss than matte, but Light doesn't reflect too bad.

• When it's off it's not reflective at all. However it's very bright I don't think natural lighting would interfere with it, It's a great monitor
