• You can adjust the angle but it needs the stand. It's 16 inches tall with the stand

• Casey; Sorry, there's no way to adjust the height of the monitor. One-size-fits-all approach is what Dell offers. Some other Dell monitors of the past did have adjustable stands, but lately, most monitors don't. Great stuff, however. Worth the purchase price. Hope that helps.
