• This monitor has VGA, DVI, and HDMI inputs. You should have no issues connecting to the Mac Mini, assuming you have the appropriate adaptor for the Mac's video output.

• Yes but you will need an adapter such as mini display port to HDMI or whatever your specific model of mac mini has on the back of it. Its either going to be thunderbolt or a version of display port and they make adapters for all versions to HDMI.
