• It does not have the 4 holes but you can purchase an adapter separately. For example HumanCentric model 101-1046-V3 will do the job.

• No, this monitor does not have the holes need to mount. I bought a dual screen mounting arm kit before looking at the back of the monitors assuming the holes were there, and was disappointed to learn they were not present.
