Is this monitor good for a MacBook Air null

I have a similar older Dell monitor that works with a Mac Book Air. But I have to use a VGA to Mini Display Port adapter to connect the Mac to the external monitor.

I would think so. It has a wide adjustable range for brightness and is sharp. Think it would be easy to balance brightness and colors. I love it as my second monitor.

It is great with the MacBook Pro, not sure about air. You have to connect it through the HDMI port which I do not think the air has.
